I heard Serdang area getting TM Unifi HSBB either in Q4 2010 or Q1 2011, is it included Alam Sanctuary Area?

I read the instruction, it required to install Fiber Distribution Point (FDP) and Fiber Wall Socket (FWS) in house to access TM UniFi. So for phase III, any purchaser already ask developer to install FDP and FWS for them? I don't want to hack house wall.

For Unifi, is it need to install a fiber optic cable from terminal to Alam Sanctuary? TM have plan to do it? Or developer need to install it like normal telephone line?
