I asked few months back, Jalan Alam Putra 1 is not available yet. I quite not understand why the service not ready for just different row.

Anyone from Jalan Alam Putra 1 can share any findings?

I know some of our neighbour stay at JAP1 had been installed streamyx. I've faced the same problem previously, i apply on Aug2009. My application keep on pending even i go Telekom for few times. They always reply "WAIT",
Anyway, you may take action as below:

1) Visit Telekom and check status again, if still pending, then cancel the application
2) Fill up application form again and submit to me

i can help you sent to TM which can speed up your processing.
