Alam Sanctuarians,

Further to yesterday’s meeting between MPSp & Permatanah, the former requires 85% residents’ consensuses before providing its approval for the boom gate, perimeter-fencing & guard house. In view of this, we urgently need to formalize the setting-up of the RA in order for us to apply (as a RA) to MPSp based on the 85% consensus. We’re given 3 months to apply/comply.

And for the past 2.5 years, I’ve been performing the role of RA Pro-Tem Chairman unofficially & hence, it’s time & a need to come together once again to elect the new RA Chairman & his/her team to take this forward especially with new residents from Phase III already starting to move-in. Let’s meet to elect in more passionate & committed RA committee who can continue to champion our cause as a community.

In this regards, I’ve also discussed with Joon Howe to invite all residents to a meeting especially those not on this mailing list yet. In a day or two, Permatanah will be issuing a letter of invite to all purchasers on their database to facilitate the meeting & election of the new RA office bearers.
