Already received call last week from agent that the mandola townhouse will be VP in 2-3 weeks time (looks like the agent has more insider information than the house owner like us), and checking on the intention to sell the mandola townhouse unit. Apparently there are already ready buyer.

Any other house owner has similar experience?

I just called Permatanah, they said they are still waiting for CF approval. Is it difficult to get the CF approve? I am waiting for the VP letter.....

Hey, any purchaser with loan under Hong Leong? Permatanah said Hong Leong hasn't release the money, purchaser can't colloect the keys yet. Anyone talk to the banker or lawyer? What happen?

My loan is with hong Leong , I call up developer by today and they say will arrange by this week once they received the final claim from bank. However my loan just fully release by today when I checked from online banking..
