Hi Alam residents, care to share your experience and tell me which bank you engaged for the house loan? BLR rate? And then of course, why you prefer the bank amongst others bank?

Hi Sean,

I just placed my booking on phase 3 Ukulele. As for me, i prefer CIMB which is more convenient for me. Although OCBC offering a better BLR rate, i search in some forums that they blacklisted OCBC due to having hidden T&C. Besides, the branches are very few within our radius. Currently, the BLR rate offered by CIMB is as follow:

Free Moving cost -2.0%
Non Free Moving Cost -2.2%
