  • One-Way Street: Please note that the road besides the Guard House is for in-coming vehicles only.


  • Rubbish: Please place garbage in a covered dustbin instead of using plastic bags hanging all over the enclave!


  • Advertisement: Please advise your contractors not to hang any buntings/banners outside of the unit being renovated.


  • Security: Please inform your visitors in advance the need to surrender their driving license for registration at the Guard House & to clearly display the Visitor's Pass on the dashboard to avoid bottleneck & misunderstanding
