Festive Season is just around the corner, for sure to have people doing open house. I would like to know, what would the guard react where invited Guest are more than the guard can handle? Currently every visitor are requested to surrender their driving license to the guard house, there is a chance where there are bound to have mistakes. How can we actually improve/manage this situation?

Feedback are much appreciated.

you may provide the guard a of lists of car plate numbers that is inbounding to the area. and then also let the guard have your personal contact number (or house mate, family) in case the clarification is needed.

In any case, we must not deviate from the requirement of surrendering the driving license to exchange for pass to enter the enclave. If it's an Open House, please specify the date & time so that we can make arrangement for the guards to be on stand-by for increased traffic-flow.
